MOAMAR AL-JEFOUT, MD (USSR), Ph.D. (Sydney University), MMed (HR&HG) (Sydney University), Jordanian Board OBGYN(Jordan) is an Associate Professor and Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Endoscopic Surgery, at UAEU.CM&HS.UAE. He is an Honorary Professor at Krasnoyarsk State Medical University, Russia, and Visiting Consultant in the Department of OBGYN at Kanad Hospital, UAE. He is a Past President of the Asian Society of Endometriosis & Adenomyosis and Head of the Jordan Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Group.
His research on uterine nerve fibers indicated the possibility of utilizing these findings as a minimally invasive and specific test. He is also interested in developing novel modalities for the medical treatment of endometriosis by combining different types of progestogens and long-acting delivery systems.
