Elvin Piriyev is an Associate Professor at the Witten/Herdecke University Witten/ Herdecke, Germany. He studied medicine at the Azerbaijan Medical University and underwent further training at the University Hospital Charité, Berlin, and the University of Cologne, Germany. He is certified as a Minimal Invasive Surgeon Level III (MIS III). He is a member of the European Endometriosis League (EEL) Core Team and a member of the Teachers Board of the International Society of Gynecological Endoscopy.
