
Diana Bitner, MD, FACOG, MSCP, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of OB/GYN and Reproductive Biology at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and Cofounder and Chief Medical Officer of ‘true. Women’s Health’. With over 28 years of experience in caring for women with pelvic pain and endometriosis, including diagnosis, surgical and medical treatment, and long-term management, she focuses on the full spectrum of impact, from pain and sexual health to fertility and emotional well-being. Her research and teaching have centered on goal-based care through midlife and menopause transitions, and she is widely recognized for her work advancing symptom tracking and empowering patient education. As a past North American Menopause Society Practitioner of the Year, Dr Bitner is driven by the mission that every woman should understand her body, feel in control of her health, and never suffer in silence.
