
Dr. Nilufer Rahmioglu is a senior post-doctoral research scientist based at the Nuffield Department of Women’s and Reproductive Health, and a visiting researcher at the Centre for Human Genetics, Oxford University. With a strong epidemiological, biological, and computational background, she has extensive experience in the analysis of large-scale longitudinal and cross-sectional phenotypic and genotypic datasets including International Endometriosis Genomics Consortium (IECG) datasets, Nurses’ Health Study (NHS), TWINSUK, UKBIOBANK and Cyprus Women’s Health Research Initiative (COHERE) of which she is the PI. She has been working on understanding the genetic and environmental factors contributing to endometriosis and related comorbidities for >10 years. She has published >50 peer-review articles (h-index 33).
