(Second Class Honours) in 2003.

MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology-Sri Lanka) in 2010
MRCOG (UK) in 2016
Entered sub-speciality training in Infertility in 2011.
Received local training at the Professorial Unit in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at
De Soysa Hospital for Women, Colombo, and overseas training at The
Whittington Hospital NHS Trust, London, and The Homerton University Hospital
NHS Foundation Trust, London, United Kingdom.
Board certified as a sub-specialist in Infertility by the Postgraduate Institute of
Medicine, Colombo, since 2014.
Holds fellowship of the Sri Lanka College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists
(SLCOG), and membership of Royal College of Obstetricians and
Gynaecologists (RCOG) of the United Kingdom, International Society of
Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ISUOG), and Asia Pacific Initiative
for Reproduction and Embryology (ASPIRE),
Serves as member of the Board of Study in Obstetrics and Gynaecology,
Postgraduate Institute of Medicine (PGIM), University of Colombo.
Member of the elite panel of examiners appointed by the PGIM for both Part I
and Part II examinations for the MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Current Designation-: Senior Lecturer and Head, Department of Obstetrics and
Gynaecology, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura,
and Honorary Consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist, Colombo South
Teaching Hospital, Kalubowila, Sri Lanka.
